SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Complete payroll processing, including computing paychecks and preparing tax deposits for all employees each pay period, quarterly federal and state tax reports with quarter-end tax deposits, and year-end W-2, W-3 and 940 reporting. Reports showing checks issued and payroll summary are included with each payroll batch.

The paychecks will show current period earnings and withholdings as well as year-to-date totals. There is also the ability to itemize commission or individual job payments on each paycheck if desired. We can also handle multiple pay periods easily, for example if staff is paid weekly or semi-monthly and officers are paid monthly. Pay for the first employee on the most frequent payroll-pricing schedule; the first employee on each multiple schedule is priced as an additional employee, not a first employee.

You will provide us with a completed W-4 showing name, address, social security number and withholding status (single or married and number of withholding allowances) for each employee to be paid. You will also provide us the hourly pay or salary rates for each employee.

We will prepare payroll, tax, and related (such as workers compensation or employee benefits such as health insurance or 401 (k)) checks drawn on your bank account ready for your signature and have them delivered to you on or before each payday. You will fax or e-mail us the hours or commissions for each person to be paid on the first day after the end of each pay period. Computing hours from employee time cards is available for an additional fee.
